This is an app I've used before for panic attacks and flashbacks. It was created for teenagers struggling with self-harm, but I'm a grown adult and find the skills helpful. The sea animal theme adds some much needed levity. It's not for everyone and can feel patronizing at times, but I'd still recommend it. Here's the link to their website with download links for both IOS and Android.
